I really like the way this product makes me feel. I've been trying to reach my goal with Weight Watchers for more than five years on and off. Using the original formula I lost about 35 pounds over six months. It gave me the energy to actually start exercising. I started by walking and have now worked up to running five times per week. (I can't hardly believe I just wrote that. Wow!) I am so thankful. Anyways, the final few stubborn pounds just hung around. I started using the Maximum Strength and I have finally lost those final few pounds. I contacted the company and they recommended I just reduce to a maintenance dosage each day.
