Red and Black Currant Berries: Currants are good sources of Vitamin C, prostaglandin and other important minerals for controlling pain related to hemorrhoids. These juices are also beneficial for liver and blood detoxification and maintaining a healthy colon, rectum and anus. Try to drink at least 1 to 2 glasses per day of red or black currant berries juice.
