Do You Want To Rebuild Your Vision Naturally Through Deep Breathing?
Nearly all of us aren’t aware of this but breathing correctly is crucial to rebuild your vison.
Breathing have an effect on our entire body, and that comprises your eyes.
Here is what Bates, the father of eyesight exercises, wrote in his Better Eyesight articles 1923,
“Many people with imperfect sight are benefited by breathing. One of the best methods is to separate the teeth while keeping the lips closed, breathe deeply as if one were yawning. When done properly one can feel the air cold as it passes through the nose and down the throat. This method of breathing secures a great amount of relaxation of the nose, throat, the body generally, including the eyes and ears.”
In fact, breathing has contantly been showed in meditation classes as one of the helpful technique to loosen up and in view of the fact that your eyes are persistently stressed, unwinding it will surely tremendously improve its condition.

Lie down on your back and put a little pillow just under your knees. Continue by putting your right arm on your upper body and your left arm on your abdomen. Then exhale all your breath from your lungs and when you inhale, note which section of your body rises first.
If you breathed correctly, your abdomen should rise first. Your upper body should rise only a slightly and following the abdomen

Don’t worry if you do not get it in the first few attempts, repetition makes perfect. Bear in mind that the point of this exercise is to allow you to relax your body. Thus relax while you’re trying it. When you truly understand it, you will actually look forward to doing this every day.
If you become aware that you can breathe correctly only when you are carrying out this exercise and not during normal activities, the culprit that’s deterring you perhaps your posture. Appropriate posture is essential to create space for abdominal breathing.
