One of the most unused of all the products for allergy relief are the excellent air and water filters available on the market today. The use of filters and other Allergy Relief Products such as HEPA filters and others, can greatly reduce allergens in the air & water of your home. Opening as many windows as possible, affording the constant availability of fresh air inside your house, is another excellent way to “filter” the air in your home. Use a vacuum that also utilizes a HEPA filter in it’s inner-workings, and make certain that you change the filters in your heating and cooling systems often. And finally, using a water filter system (ones with charcoal filtration are best) for your drinking water, and even in the water you bathe in, will actually reduce allergens in your body!
