By now I’m sure we all know what are stomachs are, right? Do we all know what that organ does that sits nicely between our small intestines and esophagus? Once you’ve determined which foods are causing the heartburn, and then eliminate them from your diet. However if you have tried home remedies and have found that they are not working, then there are the options of: Antacids, H-2 receptor blocks and a proton pump that can be tried as well.
